Lola Lynn's daughter Tina Lee Comet has only been to the gyno once in her life, and she didn't like it. Her mother told her it was part of being a woman, and if it made her feel more comfortable, she would escort her to her next appointment. With Obama-care in place, Lola thought it would be good to get her daughter a checkup...not realizing health care is only covered by the government facilities if you have government-issued health care!

Lola and Tina Lee arrive and wait in the exam room for the doctor to arrive. Doctor Bruno enters, greets them, and informs them that they do not have healthcare. Lola Lynn is confused; she thought that she could go to the government facilities for care and treatment with Obama Care being passed. Doctor Bruno explains that is not the way it works...IT'S NOT FREE! They tell him they don't have insurance, and Doctor Bruno says that's not good. He tells them he must consult with another doctor to figure out what to do with this gorgeous uninsured mother and daughter! 

With the confines of the new law, they could be sent to jail or remanded to the health department's custody! Doctor Bruno knew this, but they probably didn't. He would use this to his advantage, but first, Doctor Bruno needed a hand to keep them under control...government control! 

Tina Lee Comet starts to celebrate that she doesn't have to get examined today! Lola Lynn is REALLY pissed off, but Tina Lee Comet is celebrating her hot young body isn't going into the stirrups today. She doesn't have to spread her legs for a stranger! If only she knew what was really going to happen to both of their hot sexy bodies!

Doctor Bruno consults with a fellow doctor who he knows likes to push the rules to the limit. Doctor Bruno knew because this fellow doctor, Doctor Tampa, had brought Doctor Bruno in on it a few times and has a specially equipped area for the uninsured. This area was on the far side of the hospital. Many years ago, it was a mental ward where corrupt judges and courts committed sane people. They underwent all types of unauthorized and unethical medical experiments by hospital doctors. The irony was the law was now putting select new patients into this area as well! This time the patients were Doctor Bruno's.

Doctor Tampa had already played games with this system and had it down to a science on how to get away with it! He selected hot female patients who were uninsured as the pawns in his sick game. Doctor Tampa would tell them because they are uninsured and have not purchased health insurance, the health department would hold them. He'd say to them they've already been fined twice while citing obscure dates in the past month, explaining notices were sent. Doctor Tampa tells them they are already in their third infraction, which results in their trouble. 

The female patients always get outraged and overreact, so the doctor often mumbles something about hysteria or schizophrenia, which infuriates them more that he's saying they're crazy! Once Doctor Tampa takes his patients to the abandoned part of the hospital, threatening to sign paperwork and have them committed! Having this tool at his side, he can do WHATEVER he wants to these patients and then have them committed! Who's going to believe the tales of mistreatment, examinations, and experiments these new nut house patients tell! NO ONE! 

Lola and Tina Lee have no idea what will transpire, nor can they even imagine what Doctor Bruno and Doctor Tampa have planned for them! Once Doctor Bruno tells Doctor Tampa about these two beautiful specimens, mother AND daughter, Doctor Tampa seizes the opportunity to conduct a very unorthodox stimulation experiment!

Doctor Tampa and Doctor Bruno escort their hot new subjects to the far wing of the hospital. The girls go calmly, but as they enter the room, the doctors tell them both to remove all of their clothing as they have to be stripped searched to make sure they won't have contraband during their stay. They ask if they can be in a separate room but are told that due to cost constraints, it's two to four in a room. As the duo strips, the doctors check their clothing for contraband. 

After they are naked, the doctor's cavity searches them and locks them in the cell. The doctors then go and prepare the instruments for the exam and whisper while the girls look on from the cell, standing, holding onto each other. Once the doctors are done preparing for the stimulation testing to follow, they go to get Tina Lee out of the cell. She is scared, and her mother offers herself instead! The doctors shrug and grab Lola.
